1. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement made via our webshop The Bag Affaire. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.

2. Products

We sell vintage and second-hand items. Please note that signs of wear may be present. We do our best to describe the condition of each product honestly and clearly.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and stated before the final order confirmation.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Payments can be made via iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.
If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be canceled.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of our products.
